So my first book I have chosen to review is Enders Game, and oh … MY GOSH! This book is an amazing book to read if you are into the science fiction book genre.
So what is this story about. A 6 year old boy name Ender is sent off to a fancy shmancy battle school in space (I totally wish all schools were in space). The book follows Ender’s life while attending Battle School, and realizing that he is the only one to save planet Earth from another invasion from the Buggers. I’m not gonna spoil the ending cause it is AMAZING, and I want you to read it so you can see what happens.
This book in my opinion is very military and very political. The military is during the moments Ender is in school, and the political part is about Ender’s older siblings, Peter and Valentine, who are back on Earth. When I was reading this book I kept forgetting that Ender was ages 6-11 during the whole book, cause he didn’t sound like a little boy at all … trust me, I work with kids all the time!
I definitely give this book 5 Stars, why? Cause it is an awesome book!!! I recommend everyone to read it! Now I have not seen the movie yet, I am waiting for my sister to finish reading the book so we can watch it together. But once we do I will do a Which Is Better: The Book or The Movie? article.
